Carson Beckwith is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Platinum Edge Investments (PEI). With nearly a decade of experience and over 300 real-estate transactions closed, Carson has become one of Southern California’s most dynamic and trusted names in off-market and value-add real estate.
Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate, Carson took over his mother’s top-performing business known for completing over 185–200 transactions annually and merged it with his own modern investment network. Today, he leads teams that specialize in sourcing high-ROI multifamily, luxury, and distressed properties from banks, attorneys, and trustees across the nation.
His expertise extends from acquisition and underwriting to strategic redevelopment and capital structuring.
